Your group sells ProShine Single Wash vouchers for $20 each. Each voucher is worth a $26 wash, and your group keeps $10 from every voucher sold. The campaign runs for a focused two-week period, and at the end, we total your sales and send your fundraising payout.

How does event-based fundraising work?

Your group sells ProShine with GRAPHENE Single Wash Vouchers for $20 each and keeps $10 from every voucher sold. Each voucher is worth a $26 wash. The campaign runs for a focused two-week period and groups have the option to sell both physical and online wash vouchers.

Who can apply for a fundraiser with SpeedWash?

We partner with school teams, clubs, churches, youth groups, and local nonprofits. If your organization serves the community and can promote your campaign, we’re happy to review your request.

How long does a fundraiser last?

Voucher-based fundraisers run for a two-week sales period so your group has a clear start and finish. Event-based fundraisers are scheduled in set time blocks at the wash, typically within these windows: Mon–Fri: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM; Sat: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM; Sun: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

When does our group receive the fundraising payout?

After your voucher campaign or event concludes, our team reviews sales and finalizes the totals. Fundraising payouts are then issued to the organization listed on your application, typically within a reasonable time frame after reconciliation.

Where do fundraising events take place?

Event-based fundraisers are hosted on site at SpeedWash. Your group sets up with signs and volunteers, and our team handles the wash process. Availability may vary by location, so we’ll confirm which sites can host your event when you submit your request.

How do we request a fundraiser with SpeedWash?
