The local EAA (Experimental Aviation Association) is holding their annual Summer Fly-In Saturday, June 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Bowling Green Warren County Regional Airport. EAA Young Eagles will be offering free intro flights for kids 8-17 years of age from 9:00 a.m. – 11:0 a.m. Pre-registration is required. There will be a live auction at noon with aviation and other everyday items up from grabs and lunch combos fresh off the grill for just $6.
If you have any interest in learning to fly, on-site instructors will be there to answer any questions. So fly in, drive in or walk in and meet others with an interest in flying at the EAA 1665 Summer Fly In coming soon.
