A: My name is Felicity Hawkins, and I'm a Team Lead.
Q: How long have you been with SpeedWash?
A: I have been with SpeedWash for about seven months.
Q: You've been one of S07's top sellers since you were hired. Is there
a secret to your success?
A: Honestly, not really. Simply say the script. It works on its own accord.
Q: Sadly, you're leaving us soon ... but tell us what the future
has in store for Felicity Hawkins. What's next for you?
A: I will be getting married and moving to live with my soon-to-be
husband who is finishing up his initial training for the Army.
Q: Name 3 things you like about working at S07?
A: I like my work family. It's convenient, close to home. I liked being
a team lead and learning new things.
Q: Is there anything in particular you learned while in your
position?
A: I improved my customer service skills while also learning how to
perform preventative maintenance.
Q: Besides our customer service – what’s one unique aspect
about our organization in comparison to others, car wash
industry or otherwise?
A: Before Speedwash I had never seen a car wash so clean ...

A: I will miss SpeedWash Car Wash. I love all of you!!!!
