EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT - Gabriel Martinez

Q: What’s your official title? Tell us a bit about you.

A: I’m one of the assistant managers located at 4SE. I’m a young man who moved to the USA in 2015 from my native country, Cuba. As any other young man, I have ambitions. I don’t want to get stuck my whole life getting the same paychecks. I want to grow as much as I can in this company and learn as much as I can.

Q: How long have you been with SpeedWash?

A: I have been working with SpeedWash for 4 years and 7 months. I started when I was a 16-year-old teenager.

Q: What do you most enjoy about working with SpeedWash?

A: What I enjoy most about working with SpeedWash is meeting new people. Moreover, you get to know not only employees, but also customers who come every single say, creating a friendly environment between us.

Q: In your words, what sets us apart from other local washes?

A: This is not a hard question. To start with, SpeedWash makes a big difference by providing the most structured car wash system I know, and believe me, I have heard catastrophic stories from other car washes. Secondly, we have the biggest tunnel in the tri-state area with the cheapest prices and best washes.

Q: What are some of your hobbies/interests outside work?

A: I will say that my hobbies/interests outside work are watching Anime and movies. Also, I love spending time at home with my girlfriend and dogs. Also, I like having long talks with my family and friends.

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to add?

A: I’m a young man that’s willing to learn and apply every single piece of advice that people give me. This company has helped me to grow as an employee, but also as a person. I want to thank all those people who have helped me in this process and who believe in me.
