I authorize Speedwash USA to charge my credit card/debit card account for the first car and for each additional car on the first day of each month for the pan. I understand this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force until I notify Speedwash USA that I wish to cancel, which can be done at any time. I understand Speedwash USA may cancel this plan at any time, and that the plan will be cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system.

I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather. I understand that monthly rates may be changed, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance. The first RFID tag is free when signing up. There will be a $5 replacement fee for every RFID tag after the first one. RFID tags are non-reusable and must be purchased for $5 when a vehicle windshield has been replaced or when a vehicle transfer is requested.
